Carrie had been cutting cost over the past several months and it was paying off. She was going to hold a meeting and stepped into the warehouse to find the manager when she noticed her used pallet racks were filled and the team had started stacking product on pallets. They were all in a row against the wall and she saw Gary pulling parts out of boxes from the pallets. She turned around and went back to her office. She reviewed her numbers and picked up the phone.
Carrie heard the man on the phone say Used Pallet Racks, how can I help your storage needs today, and Carrie asked for Tim. The voice asked her to hold a moment and her call was transferred. When Tim answered the phone, Carrie started talking to him about the last set of used pallet racks she purchased and asked if he had any additional used pallet racks she could purchase. He was glad to help and gave her the special of the week. She asked if they would work with the prior set, she purchased and he said absolutely. She set the date for them to install the used pallet racks.
